Remote Helpdesk > Firefox Browser
Steps to follow for Firefox users:
- A support technician must be waiting in order for your connection
to be established. If you have not already initialized a support
call with ServiceandProduct, you will need to do that at this time.
- Click on the following link: Remote
Helpdesk Software
- Depending upon your version of Windows, you will be presented
with a window similar to the following window:

Click on the "OK" button and save this file to your desktop
or other location where you can find it easily to continue with the
process. Minimize your browser window, locate "remhelp.exe" and
double click in it. If you are running a firewall, you may have to
give this program access to your system before it will run.
4. If you are running Windows XP, you should see the following window
on your desktop after double clicking on remhelp.exe:

You can terminate the Remote Helpdesk support session at any time
by clicking the Exit button. |
