Steps to follow for Internet Explorer users:

  1. A support technician must be waiting in order for your connection to be established. If you have not already initialized a support call with ServiceandProduct, you will need to do that at this time.
  2. Click on the following link: Remote Helpdesk Software
  3. Depending upon your version of Windows, you will be presented with a window similar to the following window:

 

     

Click on the "Run" button (you can also save this file to your desktop or other location where you can find it easily to continue with the process).

 

4. If you are running Windows XP, you should see the following window on your desktop after clicking on the run button - the program is downloading:

 

 

5. Once downloaded, you will see the following window:

Click on "Run." If you have a firewall installed, you may need to give the program access to your computer for it to do its job.

 

6. When the program is running, you will see a window similar to this:

 

 

 

You can terminate the Remote Helpdesk support session at any time by clicking the Exit button.
