Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Instructions for a smooth RMA transaction:
- You will receive an e-mail confirming your RMA request with an RMA
number. Print two copies of this email.
- Keep one copy for your records.
- Enclose one copy with the returned item.
- Place the RMA number on the outside of the package in bold lettering.
- Return the item via ground delivery service (UPS Ground, FedEx
Ground,etc.) to:

- Replacement parts will be shipped once we have received the returned
item.
- Refunds for returned parts will be sent once we have received the
returned item.
